The powerful Vigna radiata (mung beans) has been used by Ayurvedic physicians for thousands of years. It’s incredibly easy to digest, and absorb toxic waste in the intestinal walls.
3. Garlic
This pungent onion stimulates detoxification of the liver in the production of enzymes that help filter toxins from the digestive system. Adding chunks or cooked garlic to any dish, will help any detox diet.
